Chicago MMA believes that financial circumstances should never stand between a child and the life-changing benefits of martial arts. Our Youth Scholarship Program provides need-based tuition assistance for kids and teens ages 5–17.

Child must be between 5 and 17 years old.
Household income must be below $100,000 per year.
Child must enroll in a Kids or Youth program at Chicago MMA.
Parent or guardian must complete the full application.
Commitment to consistent attendance is expected.
Scholarships are reviewed every 6 months and may be renewed.

We aim to respond to all applications within 3–5 business days. During busy enrollment periods it may take up to 7 days.
The scholarship applies to monthly tuition only. The one-time enrollment fee may be waived on a case-by-case basis — please mention this in your application.
Scholarships are awarded for a 6-month term and are renewable based on continued commitment and eligibility.

Families above the $100,000 threshold are not eligible for the need-based scholarship, but we encourage you to ask about our multi-child family discounts and referral programs.
