3. Online Purchases and Registrations

When you make a purchase or register for a program through the Site, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. All transactions are subject to our applicable refund and cancellation policies. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed by third-party processors; by completing a purchase, you also agree to their terms.

4. Trial Class and Membership Terms

The $49 seven-day trial offer is available to new members only and may not be combined with other promotions. Membership terms, cancellation policies, and billing details are governed by the separate Membership Agreement signed at enrollment. The Site provides general information about programs and pricing; specific terms are confirmed at sign-up.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chicago MMA, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Chicago MMA in the twelve months preceding the claim.
