Important
Class Requirements
Mixed Martial Arts
MMA (All Levels)
Prior experience in striking and grappling expected.
Minimum 3 months of striking and grappling experience required.
You should know basic striking—punches, kicks, knees and elbow—before attending.
You should know basic grappling—double leg takedown, pummeling, all the ground positions, some submissions and defense.
Member are required to have all necessary equipment (kickboxing gloves, MMA gloves, shin guards. mouth guard, and cup, if required). Headgear and elbow pads are strongly encouraged.
Muay Thai Kickboxing
Introduction to Sparring
Members must have at least three months of kickboxing experience (approximately 50 classes) in order to participate.
Advanced Sparring
Members must receive approval from the gym before participating in the advanced sparring class.
Members must have a minimum of 6 months of training required (approximately 100 classes) in order to participate
Member are required to have all necessary equipment needed for sparring (gloves, shin guards. mouth guard, and cup, if required). Headgear and elbow pads are strongly encouraged.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
Advanced No-Gi
Blue belts and above or
Minimum of 12 months of training experience and instructor approval
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu/Grappling Sparring & Drilling
Blue belts and above or
Minimum of 12 months of training experience and instructor approval
