Agreement and scope.

Chicago MMA’s website is operated by Fight Sports Chicago LLC (“Fight Sports Chicago,” “Chicago MMA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms govern the public website only. Membership agreements, waivers, checkout terms, member-account rules, and third-party service terms may apply separately and control where they address the same subject.

Using this website.

This website provides information about Chicago MMA programs, locations, schedules, trials, and membership options. You may use it for lawful personal or business purposes related to Chicago MMA. Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit misleading information, or use forms for spam or abusive communications.

Schedules and availability.

The public schedule is a read-only weekly reference. Class times, formats, coach assignments, and availability can change. It is not a booking tool. Fundamentals classes are technique and drilling focused with no sparring; All Levels classes include technique, drilling, and light sparring; and Advanced classes require coach approval. After an eligible purchase, members use their member tools to reserve an available class and should confirm current details before visiting.

Trials, memberships, and purchases.

Displayed membership information is provided to help visitors compare current options. Enrollment, payment, waivers, member accounts, member-store purchases, and final product terms are handled through the secure enrollment flow. The terms shown during enrollment and in applicable membership materials control a purchase. Recurring monthly memberships require 30 days’ written notice to cancel; prepaid memberships are not refundable; and memberships and class passes are not transferable. Contact Chicago MMA before purchase if you have a question about eligibility, cancellation, access, or a published promotion.

Promotions and discounts.

Promotions and discounts are subject to the specific terms displayed with the offer. The 20% Hero Discount is available to the groups identified on the Memberships page only after Chicago MMA confirms eligibility before purchase. Chicago MMA may update or withdraw an unclaimed promotion or discount as permitted by the applicable offer terms.

Training participation.

Martial-arts and fitness training involve physical activity and potential risk. Required waivers, participation terms, and any health or eligibility requirements are presented through the enrollment process. Website content does not replace the instructions of coaches or qualified health professionals.

Content and third-party services.

Chicago MMA’s website design, text, and approved media may not be copied, republished, or used commercially without permission. Links to third-party services are provided for convenience; their availability, content, account requirements, and terms are controlled by their operators. Chicago MMA does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website, third-party services, class listings, or individual products.
