Legal
Privacy policy.
Last updated August 30, 2026. This policy describes the current information practices of the Chicago MMA website.
Working legal draft — attorney review required. This page reflects Chicago MMA’s documented website practices. It should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before Chicago MMA relies on it as a complete legal privacy notice.
Scope.
This policy applies to information collected through the Chicago MMA website, including contact, trial, and Kids BJJ inquiry forms. It does not replace the privacy policies, account terms, or payment practices of third-party services used for enrollment, member access, app access, or payments.
Information we collect.
When you submit a contact, trial, or Kids BJJ inquiry, we collect the information you choose to provide, which may include your name, email address, phone number, program interest, location interest, and message details. Kids BJJ inquiries may also include parent or guardian and student information, including the student’s name and age, when supplied through the form.
Schedule interest and conversion signals.
Chicago MMA uses inquiry information to respond to requests, assist with trial or membership questions, and maintain the internal inquiry record needed to provide that follow-up. The public weekly schedule records only the selected location for aggregate schedule-interest measurement. The site also records limited, anonymous conversion events when visitors open the adult trial form, begin its checkout handoff after a successful inquiry, select a membership option, or intentionally use a contact link. These event records contain the event type, page path, optional non-personal option label, and time. They do not contain form answers, names, contact information, IP addresses, device identifiers, or a visitor-level profile.
Membership and payment services.
Enrollment, member accounts, member-app access, member-store purchases, and payment processing take place through secure third-party member-service tools. Chicago MMA’s public inquiry forms do not request or store payment-card details. Review the privacy terms presented by any third-party service before completing enrollment, payment, or an account sign-in.
How information is shared.
Chicago MMA limits inquiry access to authorized staff who need the information to respond or administer the website. Inquiry details may be sent to Chicago MMA’s approved internal email recipients so they can follow up. Chicago MMA does not sell inquiry information through this website.
Access and retention.
Chicago MMA retains inquiry records for one year from submission, unless a longer period is reasonably necessary to address an active follow-up request or meet an applicable legal obligation. Anonymous schedule-interest and conversion-event records are retained only as long as reasonably needed to assess aggregate website interest and operations. If you would like to ask about information connected to an inquiry, including a request to access, correct, or delete it where applicable, contact support@chicagomma.com with enough detail for Chicago MMA to locate the request.
Children’s information.
Parents or guardians should provide information for Kids BJJ inquiries. If you are a parent or guardian and have a question about information submitted about a child, contact Chicago MMA at the address above. Chicago MMA asks families not to submit more child information than is needed to ask about a Kids BJJ program or placement.
Updates and questions.
Chicago MMA may update this policy as website practices change. Material updates will be reflected by the last-updated date on this page. Questions about this policy can be sent to support@chicagomma.com.
