Members can schedule and sign into classes with the following methods:

1. Download the app (Apple or Android).

2. Website to book classes directly.

2. Use the kiosk at the gym.

Requirements


Mixed Martial Arts Classes

MMA Fundamentals

  • No previous experience required.

MMA Advanced

  • Members must have one year of kickboxing experience.

  • Members must have blue belt or above in BJJ or equivalent grappling experience in wrestling.

  • If you are not sure, please ask the instructor for approval.


Member are required to have all necessary equipment (kickboxing gloves, MMA gloves, shin guards. mouth guard, and cup, if required). Headgear and elbow pads are strongly encouraged.


Muay Thai Kickboxing Sparring Classes

Intro to Sparring

  • Members must have at least three months of kickboxing experience (approximately 50 classes) in order to participate.

Advanced Sparring

  • Members must receive approval from the gym before participating in the advanced sparring class. 

  • Members must have a minimum of 6 months of training required (approximately 100 classes) in order to participate.

Member are required to have all necessary equipment needed for sparring (gloves, shin guards. mouth guard, and cup, if required). Headgear and elbow pads are strongly encouraged.


Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

Advanced No-Gi

  • Blue belts and above

  • Minimum of 12 months of training experience and instructor approval

    Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu/Grappling Sparring & Drilling

  • Blue belts and above

  • Minimum of 12 months of training experience and instructor approval
