You will need to do the following steps before you can schedule/book a training session!

Existing Members

Step 1: Download the app.

Step 2: Your account has been started for you. Click on ‘Forgot Password’ and enter your email to reset your password (the same email address that was used with your MindBody account). You can also change the email address used as the login after resetting your password.

Step 3: Check your email and reset your password and Login to your account with your new password.

Look in your spam/junk mail folder if you don’t see the password reset email message.

Step 4: Update your Profile

  • Review and check and verify that your phone number is correct. Please add your phone number if this information is not currently available as we will need this for in-app notification, ie class cancellations or general news about the gym.

  • Add an emergency contact or your profile picture & any additional details.

  • Your payment information might not have made it over onto the new system. Please update your payment information if it is missing.

  • SAVE YOUR CHANGES


YOUR EXISTING MEMBERSHIP WILL NOT BE READY UNTIL THE MORNING OF THURSDAY AUGUST 24, 2023. Please DO NOT try booking classes until that time.
